Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Also featured in this latest photograph release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a legend identifying different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
